Please arrive no later than 10 minutes ahead of your scheduled time, there will be a questionnaire for you to fill out.
Just a note on children; although we love children, our spa is not a safe or conducive environment for children, PLEASE MAKE OTHER ARRANGEMENTS FOR YOUR CHILD(REN), WE CANNOT SERVICE THOSE WITH CHILDREN PRESENT AND WILL CHARGE YOU AS A NO SHOW.
Booking and Cancellation Policy; We require a Credit Card, Gift Certificate, or a Series (6 pack) number to reserve ALL APPOINTMENTS, in the spa or on-line. If you must cancel or change your appointment, you need to contact us directly at 803-774-8567 and give us a minimum of 4 business hours to avoid being charged 50% of your total service(s). We do understand that emergencies come up but please call us.
THERE WILL BE NO EXCEPTIONS FOR A NO CALL, NO SHOW. YOU WILL BE CHARGED THE FULL VALUE OF THE SERVICES YOU BOOKED.
