A Peaceful Spa Experience
To maintain a relaxing environment for everyone, no children or additional visitors are permitted in the spa. Only guests receiving scheduled services may enter.
Appointments & Deposits
- A 50% deposit is required to reserve future appointments.
- Same-day appointments may be available by text without a deposit, at our discretion.
- Appointments are available 7 days a week, but responses to calls and texts are generally provided during business hours.
Online booking is the fastest way to secure your preferred appointment.
Gift Certificates
We gladly honor valid, unexpired About The Body Day Spa gift certificates.
Your gift certificate number can be used as your appointment deposit. During online checkout, scroll to the bottom of the Guest Information & Payment Information page and select Gift Certificate/Card/Series.
Please have your gift certificate available when booking and redeeming your service.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
A minimum of 24 business hours' notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment and transfer your deposit to a future booking.
Deposits may also be transferred if your original appointment time is successfully rebooked.
Late Cancellations & No-Shows: Cancellations made within 2 hours of your appointment or failure to show up will result in responsibility for the remaining 50% of your scheduled service.
Any outstanding balance must be paid before another appointment can be booked.
We understand that unexpected situations arise and appreciate as much advance notice as possible.
Deposit Refunds
Refunds of deposits paid by Mastercard, Visa, or Cash App will be issued less applicable processing fees.

For urgent cancellations, please leave a voicemail and send a text so we have a record of your notification.

Brazilian Waxing & Your Menstrual Cycle
Your period doesn't have to interrupt your waxing appointment!
If your cycle starts or you're spotting, there's no need to cancel or reschedule. You may still receive your scheduled waxing service.

YOUR APPOINTMENT TIME IS YOUR START TIME. PLEASE ARRIVE ON TIME OR YOUR APPOINTMENT MAY BE SHORTENED OR A LATE FEE WILL BE ADDED TO YOUR TOTAL AT CHECKOUT. Waxing clients need to be on time as we cannot rush a waxing service & a "squeeze fee" will be added.
