If you need to reschedule, 48 BUSINESS hours is required for appts held longer than 1 week, 24 hours for appts booked less than a week. Saturday after 3:00PM thru Tuesday 8:00AM we are not open. Our phone voicemail and email are checked often, please reach out both ways. Deposits will carry forward when appropriate notice is given for rescheduling, cancellations or the appt time is rebooked. For No call/no show policy updated May 2023…if you book an appointment and are a no call or no-show or if notification is within two hours of your scheduled start time you will be responsible for the other half of the service for the services you booked. The balance will need to be collected before you’ll be able to book again. We try to understand things happen, but please try to let us know as early as possible using all forms of communication in order to preserve your deposit.

When booking a 50% deposit is required. VISA, Mastercard, or Non-expired or valid Gift cards are accepted.

Clients cannot cancel or reschedule existing appointments online. 

If you need to cancel or reschedule please look at our availability online then email us and call to confirm your current appointment information & the new appointment time and day you need and we will reschedule upon phone/email confirmation.

 24 hours notice is required to avoid loosing your deposit. If you cancel or change within 2 hours of your scheduled time, you will be responsible for the remaining balance, as it will be difficult to rebook that spot. We want the opportunity to rebook all of your appointments and appreciate all communication.

Your deposit will be forfeited if you cancel or reschedule with less than 24 business hours and your time spot does not get rebooked. If it does get filled we will notify you that your deposit is still good. 

YOUR APPOINTMENT TIME IS YOUR START TIME. PLEASE ARRIVE ON TIME OR YOUR APPOINTMENT MAY BE SHORTENED OR A LATE FEE WILL BE ADDED TO YOUR TOTAL AT CHECKOUT. Waxing clients need to be on time as we cannot rush a waxing service & a "squeeze fee" will be added.
